As change manager Prosci ADKAR, successfully completing a restructuring program: reducing OPEX by 15% while retaining 95% of staff, changing the organizational structure, reporting model, and motivation system.

As program manager managed a portfolio of 5 projects (from 15 to 300 technical specialists), ensuring the compatibility of products, teams, and information systems after M&A transactions. Oversaw the integration of billing, ERP/CRM, ticket trackers, process regulations, KPIs, and operating models.

As product delivery manager supported the implementation and development of OTT, IoT, Digital, and Telecom products (20+ solutions), performed presales, described technical requirements and implementation processes, and ensured successful launches.
